Parent participation is one of the most exciting changes to have taken place in local services for decades. By giving parent carers the chance to be actively involved in making decisions about the services and support their families get, authorities and agencies are able to satisfy the needs of their users more than ever before.
In order for parent participation to work however, parents have to participate!
