Bereavement by Suicide Support

From 3rd November 2025, the Swindon and Wiltshire Support after Suicide Service will be run by Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind.
Their service provides structured support for people who have been bereaved or affected by suicide. They offer a compassionate space to process grief, find understanding, and reduce the risk of further emotional distress. By helping individuals and communities navigate such a difficult loss, this support not only aids healing but also plays an important role in preventing future harm.
The service is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and can be accessed by anyone of any age who has been bereaved by Suicide living in Swindon or Wiltshire. You can refer yourself directly, or be referred by the Police, your GP, NHS services, or their VCSE (Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise) partners.
