Feedback Results on KIDS WISA Service

KIDS WISA (Wiltshire Independent Support and Advice) is the new SENDIAS service for Wiltshire (previously run by Action for Children). They offer free, independent and neutral information on Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities (SEND), and can give guidance to help young people with SEND and their parents/carers to make appropriate and informed choices relating to education, health and social care.
As part of the first six months of the WISA service KIDS completed an evaluation and monitoring exercise.
KIDS collected feedback from parents who have used the service within the time period of April – September 2018.
