Parent Support Advisors

The aim of the Parent Support Advisor (PSA) service is to help parents and carers support school-age children and young people so that they can achieve their potential in education.
Based in schools, PSAs give emotional and practical help to parents and carers. They provide a bridge between home and school, particularly for families where children may have problems with behaviour, school attendance issues, or special needs. Your local PSA can be contacted via your child’s school.
