 Adaptive Martial Arts are excited to launch their new offering, with the launch of AMA@HOME.
What is AMA@HOME?
A structured programme teaching a mix of striking, self defence, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and more.
Small group lessons taught over zoom, during sign up they will ask for preferred times for your class.
You will be able to continue training with their discounted 121's, more advanced classes, as well as any beginners classes.
What makes AMA@HOME different?
Each class will be limited to 10 participants via zoom with all equipment provided for you.
Don't worry if you missed a class, they will be recording short instructional videos to allow you to catch up.
You will also get access to their members only Facebook group to ask any questions and share tips at any time.
What is the cost for AMA@Home?
A Initial Joining fee of £25 upfront payment and £20 per month for up to 3 sessions per week.
You will be also entitled to discounted 121 sessions with the team at £20 per hour.
Low income discount may apply.
