The Independent Living Centre (ILC)provides free, impartial advice about practical solutions for easier living.
The ILC is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 4.30pm with a wide range of products and equipment available for you to try (by appointment only) with the centre's occupational therapist.
The centre also offers benefits advice, wheelchair hire and information about accessible holidays.
