Wiltshire Community Advice and Support Services

Formerly named 'The Carers Project', Wiltshire Community Advice and Support Services provide advice and support to local people on their rights and responsibilities. This service is funded by Wiltshire Council and delivered by Wiltshire Citizens Advice.

The service is free, confidential and open to everyone in the community. Advisers are trained to advise on virtually any issue, including:

  • benefits
  • debt, money and credit problems
  • employment
  • housing
  • consumer rights
  • neighbourhood disputes
  • education and healthcare
  • immigration
  • law and the courts
  • family and personal issues

They give you all the facts and possible outcomes of different options. That way you can make the decision that's right for you.

Advice is provided over the phone, by email and online, with face to face support available for when it's most needed.

Call them for free on: 0808 278 7995
Lines are open:
9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Closed on public holidays.

Fill out their [short webform] for advice by email.
