Fit Club

Every week until Wednesday 20th July 2022
Time 6pm-7pm
For adults aged 17 years+ with a special educational need and/ or disability
While there are opportunities for young people with disabilities to access sport in school and through community projects, adults with disability or learning difficulties can sometimes find it more difficult as many of their day to day routines are kept the same each week, either at their day centres, or residential homes.


Fit club sessions are designed to encourage adults (age 17+) to participate in physical activity one evening a week. They also act as a social event where participants can meet different people and take part in sport in an enjoyable and friendly way.

Salisbury Fit Club runs every Wednesday during school term at Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre, Hulse Road, Salisbury, 6pm – 7pm
