Continence Service Consultation Report

Many parent carers report experiencing problems with using the Continence Service.
On May 4th 2012, parents at St Nicholas school invited parents and carers to share their views and experiences in a meeting.
Some of them agreed to pass on their feedback to us at the WPCC, so that we could combine this with feedback received directly from parents and carers via email and telephone.
We then compiled a consultation report based on all feedback received and on May 24th we forwarded this by email to the Children's Specialist Services Manager, who is a key member of the health commissioning team responsible for providing this service.
