Catherine started working for the WPCC as a Telephone Triage Worker in September 2025, having spent 16 years at home with her 5 children.
Three of her children are either awaiting assessment or have been diagnosed with a number of needs, including autism, ADHD, and DLD, so she understands the frustration, confusion, and loneliness parents and carers of children with SEND often experience.
Catherine is really excited to be part of an organisation that provides so much support to families across Wiltshire.
