Adaptive Martial Arts (AMA) Weekly Zoom Session - Sundays
AMA have partnered with Access Sport to launch a new online class.
The class is designed to be an interactive intermediate class for martial arts and self defence.
The class will cost £4 per session or free if you are an AMA@HOME member.
Sessions take place every Sunday from 9am-10am on [Zoom].
