Adaptive Martial Arts (AMA) Weekly Zoom Session - Tuesdays


AMA have partnered with Access Sport to launch a new online class.

The class is designed to be an interactive beginner’s class, introducing people to martial arts and self defence.

The class will be FREE every Tuesday from 6pm-7pm on [Zoom].
