Makaton Training - Level 1
Sonia Sansom is a Makaton tutor in the South west area and will be running a face to face, level 1 Makaton training session this May.
The course is aimed at people who live with or support someone who finds verbal communication difficult. Through fun and interactive activities, you will learn core vocabulary signs and symbols and be supported to feel ready to put them into practice in your home or setting.
Date: Thursday 9th May 2024
Time: 9:30 - 4:00 (with allowances for people who may need to leave a bit early to collect dependents)
Where: Downton Memorial Centre, The Borough, Downton, Salisbury SP5 3NB
Cost: £81 which includes full course material to take home, a certificate and light refreshments.
