FREE Game Evening for Unpaid Carers - Warminster
Carer Support Wiltshire is celebrating the September opening of a brand-new peer support group for all unpaid carers. The group is focused on all things gaming – from board games, tabletop games, to models & paints.
When:- Every 1st Wednesday of the month from 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Where:- Factorum, Unit 34-36 Deverill Road Trading Estate, Warminster BA12 7BZ.
Through this Gaming Evening, Carers Support Wiltshire want to help unpaid carers create and bond with a community of like-minded individuals that understand the realities of being an unpaid carer. They also want to give carers the opportunity to simply relax, unwind and make friends with similar hobbies.
Within their game nights there are also opportunities for carers who simply wish for some alone time to focus on themselves while doing something fun. Importantly, it’s not just the activity that makes this monthly evening stand out from the crowd. The event is open not only to carers but also to the individuals they support, who are warmly invited to join in the activities. No booking, preparation or experience is required, carers and their cared for can simply drop in and enjoy the evening.
