Family Holiday Session

Wiltshire Carers Together are working with Wiltshire Centre for Independent Living to offer a family holiday session at the Trowbridge Family Hub (County Hall, Trowbridge) on Tuesday 6th August 2024 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

This session is for: Young Carers, Young People with SEND aged 0 to 25, and their families. Turn up and join in any time between 10:00am to 2:00pm.
