Get Out, Get Active (GOGA) - Physical Activity Hub Club, Calne
at Calne Leisure Centre on Mondays, 11am-12.15pm
GOGA is a national programme aiming to bring disabled and non-disabled people to be active together. Activities vary from seated exercise, exercise to music, and sport specific games. All activities are adapted to ensure everyone is engaged and taking part. Not only does GOGA promote the physical benefits associated with sport and physical activity, but participants also benefit from the social and mental benefits through meeting new people and being part of a group.
Sessions are open to all ages unless specified.
