The Wiltshire Parent Carer Council (WPCC) is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our dedicated and supportive team as an Outreach Worker.
Due to a valued team member moving on to a new role, we’re looking for someone who is passionate, resilient, and committed to supporting parent carers of children and young people with SEND.
About the Role
This is a permanent, part-time (18 hours per week), term-time only position with flexibility to suit both you and the needs of the role.
As an Outreach Worker, you’ll:
- Work directly with parent carers who may not be able to access support online or by phone
- Provide vital information, signposting, and support
- Be part of a friendly, experienced Outreach Team that truly cares
Full training, induction, and ongoing support will be provided, so you’ll never feel like you’re on your own.
