Winter FUEL Programme – free access to activities and nutritious food for eligible children in Wiltshire

The WPCC has received confirmation that the FUEL Winter programme is now open for booking.
The FUEL programme is funded by the Department for Education, primarily to benefit children who are eligible for benefit related Free School Meals. However, places can also be requested for children who are refugees, are in care, are young carers or who may be vulnerable during the school holidays. The number of places available for these children are limited but the LA tries to support as many as they can.
All families who have previously booked onto the programme have been notified directly that booking is open.
Families can make and manage bookings on the Council’s [FUEL booking system]. More information about the programme and eligibility is also available on the Wiltshire Council [website].
Bookings should be made no later than two weeks in advance.
Booking will close on Friday 12th December 2025.
