UPDATE - Additional Special School Provision for Children with ASD/ SEMH in South Wiltshire

Additional Special School provision for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH) in the South of the County – UPDATE INFORMATION

The WPCC recently promoted the public consultation about the proposals to address the need for increased ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) difficulties in the south of the county. Following the close of the public consultation on 11th June 2018, the WPCC is promoting a letter that has been written to provide an update to explain some changes to the original proposal in response to some of the consultation responses. You will see in the letter that in response to feedback given through the consultation, the new provision will no longer be in Figheldean, but will instead be based at Sarum Academy.

Please read the attached letter to see the information that is currently available.
