Council for Disabled Children websites for children and young people with SEND

The Council for Disabled Children (CDC) has launched two websites for children and young people with SEND.

The first promotes children’s and young people’s rights when using the NHS and was developed by the healthy policy team at CDC, working in partnership with the National Children’s Bureau and children and young people. [Click here] to visit the site.

The second was developed by the Information, Advice and Support Services Network (IASSN), hosted at CDC. Its aim is to help children and young people with SEND better understand what rights they have for accessing information, advice and support across education, health and social care. The website also contains full contact details for Information Advice and Support Services across England. [Click here] to take a look.
